The nozzle can be used for various solutions, and can even atomize sewage, chemical liquids, and oil viscous liquids.
Ultrasonic spray coating technology is to combine the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle with low-pressure air (gas) to produce soft, highly focused small spray droplets. Guided air (gas) is usually introduced into the diffusion chamber of the air cover surrounding the nozzle below 0.10Mpa, and a uniformly distributed air and gas flow is generated around the nozzle rod. The spray generated by the ultrasonic wave at the tip of the atomizing head is immediately entrained in the low-pressure airflow.
The adjustable focusing mechanism on the air hood allows full control of the spray width. The envelope of spray is very narrow, in the shape of an hourglass. The width of the shape is controlled by adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the bottom plate.
