Description:
Ultrasonic spray is a unique spray technology, which is based on ultrasonic spray nozzle technology. The material sprayed is first in a liquid state, which can be a solution, sol, suspension, etc. The liquid coating is first atomized into fine particles through an ultrasonic atomization device, and then uniformly coated on the surface of the substrate with a certain amount of current carrying gas, forming a coating or thin film. Compared to traditional pneumatic two fluid spraying, ultrasonic atomization spraying can achieve better uniformity, thinner coating thickness, and higher accuracy. Meanwhile, due to the fact that ultrasonic nozzles do not require air pressure assistance to atomize, the use of ultrasonic spraying can significantly reduce paint splashing during the spraying process, achieving the goal of saving paint. The paint utilization rate of ultrasonic spraying is more than four times that of traditional two fluid spraying.
The principle of ultrasonic atomization spraying:
Ultrasonic nozzles use the piezoelectric effect to convert electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical energy, which is transferred to the liquid and generates standing waves. The liquid is introduced into the atomization surface through the nozzle. When the liquid leaves the atomization surface of the nozzle, it is broken into uniform micrometer sized fine mist droplets, thereby achieving atomization. In the ultrasonic spraying process, the size and distribution of droplets can be precisely controlled, allowing very small droplets and particles to evaporate quickly, resulting in particles with high specific surface area and forming a thin film coating.
