20Khz Ultra Welding Replacement Dukane Converter 41S30 with Cooling Air Hole
Description:
Dukane 41S30 20Khz ultrasonic transducer, using piezoelectric ceramic sheet, combined with titanium alloy accessories, according to the parameters and characteristics of the original Dukane transducer abroad, R&D and production from the source technology to ensure the stability of transducer products and application technical parameters , equipped with foreign generators and mold welding heads, playing a role of replacement.
20 KHz Ultrasonic Dukane 41S30 Converter uses the same piezo driver assembly as 110-3122 standard heavy duty transducer but has a sealed housing and a 24" cord terminating in a mil-spec connector to facilitate use in harsh environments or where the equipment must be hosed down for cleaning. The housing has fittings for 1/4" OD poly tubing to carry dry cooling air to and from the driver assembly. Can not be mounted in a standard Dukane press. Requires the use of 200-1233-10 ultrasound cable. Output thread is 1/2-20.

1. The ultrasonic vibrator is damp. You can check the plug connected to the transducer with a megger. Check the insulation resistance value to judge the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance is greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, the transducer is generally damp. The whole transducer (excluding the sprayed plastic case) can be placed in the oven for about 3 hours at 100 °C or used to remove moisture to the resistance value. Normal until now.
2, the transducer vibrator is fired, the ceramic material is broken, and it can be combined with the naked eye and the megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, the individual damaged vibrator can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.
