Equipment Adjustment and prepare working:
1. Amounting horn:
(1) Firstly, clean the transducer, horn and connect screw by alcohol or gasoline; Secondly, adding a thin layer of butter grease on the connecting parts of transducer, connect screw and horn before locking the connect screw on the welding horn. Note: if there are some surface damage of transducer and the welding horn, the vibration of the transmission efficiency will decrease, please be careful.
(2) Shake the lift wheel, raising the body to the appropriate position and locking the handle, then tightening the four welding horizontal adjustment screws, fixing the transducer.
(3) Putting the welding horn on the transducer, tightening the mold locking wrench (about 300kg/cm of torque), not allowing the transducer to rotate, (If rotating, adjust the four welding horizontal adjustment screws to tighten.)
2. Bottom mold erection and horn adjustment :
(1) Preparation for adjustment :
① Turn on the air pressure source and adjust the pressure to 2kg/cm
② Place the bottom mold on the stable base
③ Head down the horn to the working surface of 100mm apace
④ Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light.
⑤ Select the “Manual” position in the welding setting interface.
⑥ After checking that there is no item in the 100mm deep range below the welding head, Press the start button on the base, so the horn head down to the trip position
(2) Adjustment horn direction :
① Loose four level adjustment screw, justify the horn and the work of right, press start button, and then adjust the body lifting so that the horn pressure work.
② Adjust the bottom mold, ensure that the location of horn to fit the work, the bottom mold in the most convenient direction of operation.
(3) Horn level adjustment :Tap the horn around, so that the horn and the work of anastomosi, fix four horizontal adjustment screws, then fix bottom mold.
(4)Welding preparation :
① Select switch to “manual” position, connect the drop/rise button on the base, set descending speed as well as the falling/rising buffer and working pressure according to the situation and adjust it so as not to cause impact.
② According to the status of work, set the amplitude size. Press the sonic check button to lock the frequency.
